Corgi Toys 107 - Bat Boat With Batmobile & Robin (Reissue) (1:46) Introduced into the CORGI range in 1967 – after the Bat Boat appeared in the previous year’s Batman movie – the problem of hitching the iconic boat to CORGI’s original 1966 Batmobile (which didn’t have a tow-hook) was solved by a small plastic sleeve that fitted neatly over the Batmobile’s turbo exhaust. Based on CORGI’s existing Dolphin 20 Cabin Cruiser on a die-cast trailer (that was hitched to a Buick Riviera in Gift Set 31), the early CORGI Bat Boat can be distinguished from the later ‘Whizzwheels-era’ version by the graphics and Batman logo on the fin, flame graphics on the sides of the hull and a beacon cage between the Batman and Robin figures.

Captain Scarlet (Classic) Angel Interceptor The Angel Interceptor is a single seater strike aircraft developed by International Engineering from the World Army Air Force 'Viper' Jet, but the final blueprint of the Angel is vastly different from the original Viper, having been specially adapted for Cloudbase requirements. 60 ft (18.29 m) long, precision engineered, the plane is incredibly compact, carrying extra electronic instruments and mammoth fuel tanks which enable the aircraft to complete any mission without refuelling. Three Angel Interceptors are always positioned on the aerial launch platform on Cloudbase ready for immediate take-off. Entry to the cockpit is by hydraulic lift from the Cloudbase Amber Room up through the hull of the craft, such that the pilot is ejected into the cockpit complete with her seat. Instruments and gunsights are arranged within easy view of the pilot, who has all-round visibility. Dropped from a Royal Air Force Boeing C-17A Globemaster in a compact form, the glider immediately springs open into a deployed flight configuration that, upon reaching surface level, transforms again into a submersible for the final arrival at Safin’s base.  While not a real aircraft, the Q Glider was created as a full-size physical prop with an opening canopy by the No Time To Die production team for use on set. The glider prop was used onboard a real Royal Air Force C-17A Globemaster at RAF Brize Norton and in a water tank set built at Pinewood Studios to create the interior submarine pen at The Poisoned Garden. Visuals of the glider deploying from the Globemaster were created using Computer Generated Imagery (CGI).

This very special chrome plated die-cast model of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 is a single run Limited Edition to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Original Series, presented in a premium finish collector box with a silver holographic foil finish.  The release is limited to 3000 units worldwide. The inner lid is inspired by the dedication plaque found on the Bridge of the Enterprise, and each model comes with a numbered collector card as well as a cotton glove to avoid fingerprints on the model when handling. Enterprise NCC-1701 to rescue Captain Spock and then ordering the starship's destruction in the process, Admiral James T. Kirk and his command crew faced court martial. Their actions in saving planet Earth from destruction by an alien probe saw them largely exonerated of the most serious charges, with Kirk’s ‘punishment’ being a demotion back to the rank of Captain and command of a starship.  Expecting to be assigned to the U.S.S. Excelsior NCC-2000, the crew were instead delighted and surprised to find themselves aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-A. Her shakedown cruise led to the need for repairs back at Earth, but before completion, the ship was urgently sent out to resolve a hostage situation on Nimbus III.  It emerged this was a ruse by Sybok, Spock’s Vulcan half-brother, to hijack a starship and take it to the centre of the galaxy to find the mythic planet Sha Ka Ree and the potentially divine presence that inhabited it. This turned out to be hostile, to Sybok’s cost. By 2293, the Enterprise-A was due for retirement, in part thanks to the success of the Excelsior-class. Her final mission occurred when the energy-producing Klingon moon of Praxis suddenly exploded, leading to a crisis within the Empire and the unexpected offer of peace talks.  Kirk and his crew were chosen to mediate thanks to the involvement of Captain Spock, and despite attempts by a conspiracy to derail any chance of peace, the Enterprise was instrumental in the signing of the Khitomer Accords and the eventual alliance between the Federation and Klingon Empire.  The Enterprise-A was later preserved at the Starfleet Museum in tribute to the legacy of James T. Kirk and his illustrious crew. Her successor, the Excelsior-class U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-B, was launched later in 2293. Trekkers will love this version of the USS Enterprise, in highly detailed, die-cast model form. A must-have model for your Star Trek collection.

Stingray - Diecast model - Fit the box scale Includes: - Detailed diecast replica  - Window glazing detail - Display stand - Exclusive Gerry Anderson Stingray packaging - Fit the box scale Vehicle information and history: The flagship of the World Aquanaut Security Patrol (WASP), Stingray is a renowned combat submarine piloted by Captain Troy Tempest and his hydrophone operator Lieutenant George Lee Sheridan, also known as ‘Phones’.  The vessel was considered the most advanced submarine of the 2060s and was central to the WASP’s discovery of many advanced undersea civilisations, including the city of Titanica, ruled by the despotic King Titan and his warrior followers, the Aquaphibians.  Measuring 85ft (30m) long, Stingray’s nuclear reactor powers a Dual Drumman Hydrojets Ratemaster Turbine that gives the vessel a surface speed of 400 knots and a submerged speed of 600 knots. This raw power also enables the ship to breach the surface and ‘jump’ out of the water for a short distance, a useful way to evade enemies.  Stingray can safely submerge to a maximum depth of 40,000ft, comfortably above the deepest known point of the world’s oceans. A pair of landing skis can deploy from the underside of the hull to enable the submarine to safely land on the ocean floor.  The submarine is armed with a complement of sixteen Sting missiles and carries several other small vehicles onboard for maximum operational flexibility while deployed. Most noticeable of these are a pair of Aqua Sprites, small submersibles located on the exterior hull of Stingray to port and starboard.  The Aqua Sprites feature dry interiors for the pilot, detaching from the main hull and allowing for closer docking with other vessels underwater. In the event of an emergency underwater, the Aqua Sprites are also the primary means of evacuating Stingray.  If the crew leaves the vessel in underwater equipment, they invariably use handheld Sea Bugs to enable speedier propulsion and movement while underwater. Above the surface, compact single-seat hovercraft called Monocopters are available on board to provide much quicker and safer movement over the invariable rough terrain.

This highly detailed die-cast model includes a stand for display in two ways – by itself, or docked with Thunderbird 3 (sold separately). Thunderbird 5 is International Rescue’s space station and the heart of the organisation’s communications network, maintained in a secret geostationary orbit high above the Earth. John Tracy and his younger brother Alan take turns to man this satellite, with each staying aboard for a month at a time. Between them, they maintain a constant vigil across the globe. Using sophisticated monitoring equipment, they are able to hear every radio transmission being broadcast with special filters attuned to messages of distress in any language. Born on 8th October, 2040, 25-year-old John Tracy was educated at Harvard. He followed in his father’s footsteps to become an astronaut prior to his involvement with International Rescue. An electronics expert with a degree in laser communication, John is the quietest and most intellectual of the Tracy brothers. Slighter in build than his siblings, he is lithe and graceful. As space monitor for International Rescue, stationed aboard the massive space satellite Thunderbird 5, John has ample time on his hands to indulge his favourite pastime of astronomy. Four astronomy and outer space textbooks have been published bearing his name and his incessant space-searching led to the discovery of the Tracy quasar system.
