Victorian Ale House/Country Pub – Laser-cut kit Based on the real Red River Inn in Gwithian Cornwall, we've stayed as faithful as we can to the original while making it an enjoyable build. The pub complex is supplied as three individual buildings: main pub, annex and village shop, which can be positioned as per the real thing (see arrangement in the photos above), or separately on your layout in any arrangement to suit the space available. The window fitments now use an easy-fit method to install them, making them much quicker to assemble while still giving you the appearance of real wooden sash windows. All the windows are glazed (acetate supplied) allowing you to detail the interior should you wish. The doors on all of the buildings can be posed open, closed or anywhere in between, and feature engraved, layered detail. There's also a selection of wall and door signage to add that extra finishing touch, including a pavement board advertising home-cooked food. Also included is a selection of drains and cellar doors to add further detail if required. Tony's Cart Shed – Laser-cut kit A versatile cart shed / workshop building suitable for farm, coastal, railway or industrial use. The design is typical of many buildings of this type that can still be seen all over the British Isles and is supplied with a choice of white painted red brick & whitewashed stone walls. Both finishes feature plenty of weathering for a worn & well-used finish. The kit is supplied with laser-cut parts for ease of assembly with no additional painting or weathering required for a "Realistically Better" finish straight from the pack apart from the windows, doors & laserboard parts, which can be quickly and easily painted & weathered with acrylic paints. The building consists of two components: Workshop/Cart Shed with double sliding doors, small 9 pane window & side door. Doors can be posed open or closed. The store building is separate from the main building enabling you to position it wherever you wish in relation to the main building. Doors & window frames require painting before the kit is assembled which can be done with solvent or acrylic based paints. We used a Plastikote matt black for our test build which we then dry-brushed with burnt umber, white & slate grey artists acrylics to create a weathered wood look. Additional detail is then added to finish the building with downspouts & bargeboards. Polsue Barn – Laser-cut kit A versatile barn/workshop building suitable for farm, railway or industrial use. Inspired by a building in Mevagissey, Cornwall. Suitable for both beginners and the more experienced modeller, this kit is cleverly designed - containing not one, not two, but THREE buildings in one! A barn/store, a workshop with double-width wooden doors, and an open lean-to. The three buildings can be positioned separately or all together as one (as shown). The kit contains interior and exterior wall wraps in our popular old stone texture - instantly transforming an ordinary wooden building into a property rich with character and history. The kit also includes slate roofing strips, corrugated iron roofing wraps, laser-cut windows and doors with engraved planks, hinges and locks. The small window is prototypically boarded up and the upper window can also be half-glazed if required. Doors and window frames require painting before the kit is assembled which can be done with solvent or acrylic based paints. We used a Plastikote Stone color for our test build which we then dry-brushed with burnt umber, white & slate grey artists acrylics to create a weathered wood look.  There's also plenty of scope for customisation too... with the slates being applied in individual strips it's easy to build it in either pristine or derelict condition (or anywhere in between), plus the optional steps at the end of the building can be omitted to give the appearance of them being demolished at some point, or to allow passing carts, lorries or wagons to be loaded via the side door. - OO Scale

Outbuilding/Workshop – Laser-cut kit Based on an a real-life building close to our headquarters, this versatile building can be assembled as either a pristine building, derelict, or anywhere in between, in a similar manner to our Barn kit and has lots of scope for kit-bashing. Supplied with a choice of stone and brick exterior and interior wraps and our new pre-weathered laser cut roof tiles, this kit enables you to build a very realistic outbuilding for your model railway layout or diecast diorama. Can be used alongside our barn kit, or as a standalone building in a goods yard, farm, builders yard...There are so many options for this kit. It could be the offices for a builders merchant or timber yard... anything! Hang an AX147-OO Lifebuoy on the wall and it's perfect for a harbour office! It also works as a small bungalow / bothy for layouts set in the highlands, moorland or Peak District too. Jack's Hut – Laser-cut kit Jack's Hut is a versatile, small, brick-built hut for enhancing industrial, dockside & railway scenes on your model railway layouts and diecast dioramas. Based on a small lean-to type hut at the end of Charlestown Harbour in Cornwall, it's a simple design with a million and one uses. And with its simple, sloped roof it works as both as standalone building, or as a lean-to at the side of a larger building, like Tony's Cart Shed or Wright's Lockup. Supplied with white painted (heavily weathered) brick and plain red brick finishes, Jack's hut will fit in to pretty much any scene. Need a small weighbridge hut? This is just the job! Harbour office? You got it! The roof features heavily weathered cement board/asbestos style corrugated roof with lots of moss, lichen and general weathering, and for a more modern touch, there's also a steel security grille supplied to fit over the door to keep the hooligans out. Dutch Barn – Laser-cut kit A versatile OO gauge dutch barn laser cut building kit, suitable for any farm scene on your OO scale model railway layout or can be repurposed as a saw mill, stores or goods shed for railway or industrial use. The design is typical of steel framed Dutch Barns seen all over the British Isles, with detailed steel frame and rusty, black painted corrugated iron. Based on a real Dutch Barn down on the Roseland, not far from our factory, this barn captures the essence of a traditional barn that's been exposed to the elements for many years. The walls of the OO gauge barn are finished with our unique TX104-OO rusty, painted corrugated iron texture for a realistically better finish straight from the pack. And the base is wrapped in weathered concrete paper. All textures are supplied pre-weathered, only the framework will need painting & weathering. We used a dark brown acrylic spray then brushed it over with rust coloured weathering powder while the paint was still a little tacky. And components apart from the paper wraps are supplied pre-cut for ease of assembly. The barn isn't really suitable for a beginner as there are some small, delicate parts. But if you take your time with the assembly you will be rewarded with a very detailed building once complete. There is an abundance of opportunities for customization with this oo gauge building kit. You can leave either end wall off, leaving one side and one end open for a more derelict look (or more accessible stores / saw mill building).
