HM7000: 6 BLE Decoder 6 Pin w/ Fine Wire (No Sound) Part of the innovative HM7000 range, this new 6-pin Bluetooth® and DCC decoder is designed to get smaller locomotives working on the HM7000 system. The 6-pin connectors are located on the end of flexible wires, giving you more flexibility when installing the decoder in models with limited space. The decoder is designed to supply 1000mA continuous load to the main motor and a peak demand of 1500mA, making it highly suitable for most N scale locos and small TT, HO and OO locomotives. An R7377 Power Bank can be purchased separately and added to this decoder. We recommend for ease you do this during the first install. The Power Bank will keep the loco operating during short power outages when running over dirty track or complex points.

HM7000: Power Bank Maxi The R7416 Power Bank Maxi is our largest power bank and will keep locomotives with larger motors that require more pulling power, running over any potential dead spots. The space require inside a locomotive for this power bank is 22 x 12 x 10mm.  The Power Bank Maxi can be connected into the current range of HM7000 DCC Bluetooth decoders. A simple plug & play socket means there's no soldering required! Why use one? Your layout will occasionally suffer from dirty track or small electrical dead spots at points and crossings. The small loss of power can cause locomotives to stop, but with DCC Sound Decoders it can also cause the sounds to reset and restart. Avoid both issues by fitting a Power Bank. Perfect locomotive running and optimal control! (The Power Bank is not suitable for use without an HM7000 decoder, connecting it directly to other decoders or directly to the wiring of a model locomotive may cause damage to the Power Bank, your locomotive or your non-HM7000 decoder). Railroad: BR Class 37 37501 'Teesside Steelmaster' ROG British Steel Blue Built by English Electric at its Vulcan Foundry in Lancashire, the locomotive this RailRoad model is based on started life in January 1961 as D6705, going new to Stratford depot in London.  After becoming 37005 under TOPS, it was rebuilt as a Class 37/5 in April 1985, which included replacing its EE generator with a new Brush unit, and a complete re-wire, with a consequent renumbering to 37501. It was then painted into its distinctive British Steel pale blue colour scheme, gaining Thornaby Kingfisher motif and British Steel logos. It was then named ‘Teesside Steelmaster’ in 1987.  It was later modified for the proposed Channel Tunnel sleeper ‘Nightstar’ project (which was later aborted) to become a 37/6 in February 1995 and renumbered to 37601. It is currently one of six Class 37s leased by Rail Operations Group from Europhoenix for contracted movement of passenger stock, including EMUs. LNER A4 4498 'Sir Nigel Gresley' w/ Figure (Limited Edition) (150th Anniversary Collection) The LNER Class A4 Sir Nigel Gresley model locomotive is a limited edition model and part of The Great Railway Engineers Collection. This Collection marks 150 years since Sir Gresley's birth, and this locomotive includes a figure.  With a shiny new blue livery and NEM tension lock couplings, this steam locomotive is a wonderful collector's piece.  Entering service with the LNER as 4498 in Garter blue with streamlined side-skirting and red wheels, this was the 100th Gresley ‘Pacific’ to be built when it emerged from Doncaster Works in October 1937. Allocated to King’s Cross ‘Top Shed’ and used on front-line express services such as the prestigious ‘Coronation’ between London and Edinburgh, ‘SNG’ was built with a single chimney and had stainless steel numbers and letters for the tender added at a general overhaul in January 1939.  After a period in wartime black, when the side-skirts were permanently removed, the locomotive returned to lined Garter blue in March 1947. Painted into BR’s express passenger blue in September 1950, as 60007, it set a post-war steam record speed of 112mph on 23 May 1959. This Collection marks 150 years since Sir Stanier's birth, and this locomotive includes a figure. With a shiny bold red livery and NEM tension lock couplings, this steam locomotive is a must-have for collectors. The ‘Princess Coronation’ Class, also known as the ‘Duchess’ Class, was an enlarged and improved version of William Stanier’s successful ‘Princess Royal’ Class ‘Pacific’. The first ten class members emerged from Crewe Works in a streamlined form during 1937 and five of these were put aside specifically for hauling the prestigious ‘Coronation Scot’ between London Euston and Glasgow Central. These were painted in Caledonian blue and had silver horizontal lining, which matched the carriages they pulled. No. 6220 set a new British steam speed record of 114mph in 1937, but this was beaten by the LNER’s ‘Mallard’ in 1938. Built with a single chimney, 6220 was the last of the original 15 to be fitted with a double blast pipe and chimney in 1944. BR Class 08 08593/D3760 'Colchester TMD' Retro Lined Dark Blue  Add the Class 08 'Colchester TMD' model locomotive to your diesel collection in this elegant blue livery. With sprung metal buffers and NEM tension lock couplings, this is a delightful, highly detailed model.  Built at Crewe Works, this standard 350hp diesel electric shunter started life in November 1959 as D3760 and was allocated to Dannycraig depot at Swansea in South Wales. Under TOPS it was renumbered to 08593 and, in the 1990s, it was reallocated to Colchester where it received a retro-style red-lined BR livery with early ‘cycling lion’ emblem and its old number D3760.  It was also named ‘Colchester TMD’ which was applied in a cursive hand-writing style. BR Class 10 10119 'Margaret Ethel-Thomas Alfred Naylor' BR Blue (GCR Preserved)  This BR Class 10 is a stunning example of a non-standard locomotive, beautifully displayed in OO gauge model form. With sprung metal buffers and NEM tension lock couplings, this blue diesel locomotive is a highly detailled design for your model railway collection.  The BR Class 10 was a variation on the standard BR Class 08 shunter, fitted with Blackstone engines and GEC traction motors. Built at Darlington and Doncaster, 146 were produced between 1955 and 1962, but due to their non-standard nature, they were withdrawn early, between February 1967 and June 1972.  Built as D4067 in 1961 at Darlington, this locomotive initially worked at Darnall, Sheffield, followed by Langwith Junction and Shirebrook. Withdrawn in 1970, it was sold to the NCB and used at Betteshanger Colliery in Kent. LNER A4 4468 'Mallard' LNER Garter Blue (Sound/Smoke Fitted) One of the most famous of all steam locomotives, ‘Mallard’ still holds the world speed record for steam. In July 1938, it reached 126mph on Stoke Bank. Entering service in March of that year in LNER Garter blue, it had full side valances and red wheels, as depicted by our highly detailed model. It was renumbered 22 in 1946, by which time it carried wartime plain black. When it was withdrawn from King’s Cross in April 1963, it was in lined BR green and numbered 60022. The locomotive is preserved in its original livery at the National Railway Museum in York. 'Mallard' has always been one of our most popular models. In 2026, we have given the A4 a tooling update and the model now includes the new Hornby steam generator technology, working headlights and tender lights. GBRf, Class 67, Bo-Bo, 67027 The Class 67s were constructed by Alstom Meinfesa in Valencia between 1999 and 2000 for EWS. No. 67027 ‘Charlotte’ was named ‘Rising Star’ in 2003. Various changes took place over the years. In 2007, the ownership of the locomotive was transferred to DB Cargo UK. In 2014, the locomotive adopted the DB Cargo UK red livery, changing from the previous EWS red & yellow livery.  Ownership was again transferred to Colas Rail in 2017. Mk3 coaches also incorporate disk breaks and wheel slip protection enabling faster deceleration. The first Mk3 coaches to be delivered were used as part of the HST prototype along with the two Class 41 diesel power cars in 1972.  Mk3 coaches entered service in 1975 along with the Class 43 forming the iconic InterCity 125 trainset. After the HST Mk3 coach variant was introduced, further Mk3 coaches were introduced to the West Coast Mainline for use as part of locomotive hauled trains. Whilst Mk3 stock is standard for HST units, the standard locomotive hauled stock is Mk3a. Mk3a stock differs from Mk3 stock due to the inclusion of buffers as well as a different electrical system that uses motor generator units in each coach to power air conditioning and other ancillaries Mk3a stock was built until 1984, before 3B stock with improved seating and lighting was built from 1985 to 1988. The Mk3 coach is perhaps most iconic in its original production livery of the BR Grey and Blue. It is in this livery that the coach, as well as the matching Class 43 units would be introduced, before high speed rail services in the UK would be rebranded into the Intercity Executive livery.  Following the privatisation of the Railway network, Mk3 coaches would find themselves in many colourful liveries, some harking back to the original blue and grey livery of times gone by.

Major modifications were required for the Class 43 power cars to make them compatible with the Mk3 coaches. These included changing the train supply from three-phase to 1,000V conventional ETS, fitting jumper connections, changing the central door locking system and more modifications to the couplings and electrical systems. Grand Central launched their new London King’s Cross to Sunderland passenger service on 18 December 2007. No. 43465 was outshopped from Crewe Works in October 1977 as 43065 in an InterCity Blue and Grey livery. The locomotive entered traffic straight after at Heaton. Not long after, it was repainted into an InterCity Swallow livery. In the late 1980s, 43065 was one of eight power cars fitted with buffers and TDM multiple working equipment to make sure it could work with brand new Class 91 electric locomotives using Mk3 rolling stock. Grand Central acquired 43065 and refurbished the locomotive at Brush Traction in 2010.  It faced a renumbering change to 43465 and acquired a new Grand Central black and orange striped livery. In 2017, the Grand Central Class 43 locomotives were purchased by East Midlands Trains with the last Grand Central HST service commencing on New Year’s Eve. By 2018, 43465 was painted in an East Midlands Trains blue livery with red and orange stripes. This livery was updated for the ex-Grand Central HSTs by featuring a deeper blue gradient. 43365 is currently in service as a Rail Adventure power car and was part of Rail Adventure’s first dive onto British rails, with the company previously only being based out of Germany. No. 43484 was outshopped from Crewe Works on 25 February 1978 in a BR InterCity blue and yellow livery and was also part of unit 254015. The locomotive entered service in April of the same year. This livery was updated for the ex-Grand Central HSTs by featuring a deeper blue gradient. 43484 is currently in service as a Rail Adventure power car and was part of Rail Adventure’s first dive onto British rails, with the company previously only being based out of Germany. 43484 was outshopped from the painters in Rail Adventure grey on 19 April 2021.

BR Intercity, Mk2F Brake Standard Open, M9534 The British Rail Mark 1 coaches were not suitable for higher speed rail services, with the Mark 1 coaches being a perfect compliment for steam locomotives which saw themselves being replaced by diesel and electric locomotives as the 1960s progressed. The Mark 2 coach was introduced in 1964 and was all steel. While the Mark 2 was a progression of the Mark 1, the two shared almost no common parts, and only a passing resemblance. In service, the Mark 2 coaches were commonly seen in the BR Blue and Grey livery and Network South East colours. The coaches were mainly hauled by larger express diesel and electric locomotives such as the Class 40, 47 and 86. As of 2022, the only Mark 2 coaches still in service are those that are part of the Network rail fleet. The Mark 2 F sub categories had plastic internal panelling with new style seats. Visually they were similar to the Mark 3 coach although there were obvious differences between the two with the length being the most notable. The coaches also had heating and air conditioning as debuted on the Mark 3 prototypes. - Era 8  - TT:120 Scale

BR, W1 Class 'Hush Hush' Streamlined, 4-6-4, 60700 Includes: - British Railways branding in Gill Sans Font - Garter Blue livery - Accessory bag (drain cocks, pipes) - 2x extra trailing wheels for the Cartazzi truck (if your layout has sufficient curvature) - Accurate cab detail - Double Kylchap double blast-pipe arrangement - Streamlined Non corridor tender type - 21 Pin DCC Decoder Socket - Era 5 - OO scale Locomotive information and history: Having completed nearly 90,000 miles of test running since new, Sir Nigel Gresley's W1 4-6-4 No. 10000 entered Darlington Works on 21 August 1935 for what was anticipated to be a major overhaul and modification. During this period Gresley decided that it was time to rebuild 10000 as a three cylinder locomotive with a conventional firetube boiler. Subsequently, 10000 was moved to the Doncaster Works on 13 October 1936 and this is where the first drawing for the modification were being prepared. When 10000 was finally released from Doncaster Works in November 1937, it was a significantly different locomotive, being fitted with a diagram 111 boiler that was very similar to the diagram 108 boiler fitted to No. 2006 'Wolf of Badenoch', and with a streamlined casing to the same pattern as the A4 class. As many components as possible from the original W1 were used in the rebuild, including the frames, which were shortened by 1 ½ feet at the front end. Other items, where needed, were sourced from the A4 class, the A3 class or, like the front bogie, from the B17 and an experimental double Kylchap blastpipe and chimney was fitted. The locomotive was turned out in Garter Blue as per some of the A4's (in 1937 this became a standard livery). The cab, while similar to that of the A4 class, 60700 was considerably longer and this led to the locomotive's tender's coal delivery chute having to be lengthened to compensate for the extra distance from the firebox doors. The original tender was retained, but with superficial modifications, such as to the curvature of the front plates and the addition of streamlined plating to the front and rear, although this was partially removed just a year later in 1938. Up to the outbreak of war in 1939 and during the war years, 10000 worked mainly on Kings Cross main line duties and with its power and smooth riding it was a popular engine with the LNER's drivers, though less so with the firemen due to the distance between the shovelling plate and the firehole door. The locomotive also became more 'fitter' friendly after April 1942 when the skirting was removed from ahead and behind the outside cylinders to improve access in wartime conditions. At this time the 10000 was painted in wartime Black livery and with only 'N E' on the tender sides. By 1946 and now repainted in Garter blue livery, the corridor tender was swapped for the streamlined non-corridor tender from 4462 (BR 60004) William Whitelaw and the locomotive was engaged in more varied duties, working occasional passenger services to Leeds and Cambridge from Kings Cross alongside the occasional 'lodging' turns to Newcastle. By 1948 under the new British Railways, the locomotive received the number 60700 and "British Railways" insignia on the tender in Gills Sans font. Following allocation to Doncaster on 25 October 1953, 60700 became a more frequent visitor to Leeds and also worked turns to Sheffield, as well as hauling Doncaster to Peterborough passenger services and various braked goods trains. In a similar circumstance to 10000 never receiving its proposed name of 'British Enterprise' in November 1929, 60700 never received its intended name of 'Pegasus', for which the nameplates were cast on 13 April 1951. At this time the locomotive lost its Garter Blue livery for the new "Express Passenger Blue" with white and black lining. After an interesting and slightly troubled life, the locomotive was scrapped at its Darlington birthplace in 1959. Interesting to note is that as 60700 was going into works for scrapping, the original marine boiler the locomotive was fitted with, had been perched on bricks as steam raising boiler outside the works and outlasted the locomotive by a few years.

Since 1975 these powerful Bo-Bo locomotives have moved passengers across the country for business and for leisure, most ironically in their various BR guises. The Class 43 persists to this day as a stalwart of the rails under various operators including the mainline serving GWR, mainline maintaining Network Rail and some private operators such as Locomotive Services Limited on their Blue Pullman services.  This train pack, designed to commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II depicts the Class 43 as they have never been seen before, in a livery questioning exactly how the legendary LNER would celebrate this special occasion if they were still operating, and nationalisation had never occurred. It would be nice to think that if the big four were never nationalised that we would still be able to see steam regularly on the mainline however this view is shrouded in nostalgia and ignores the operational benefits that diesel locomotives bring. If the LNER operated continuously into the modern era, this may be how they would mark this special occasion. The power cars in this set, while adorned with numbers that have been assigned to full size units, have had numbers chosen to celebrate prominent years of the queen’s reign. 43052 has been chosen as part of the numbering pattern for the full size examples and 52 for the year of the coronation, and 43022 follows the same pattern but for this very special year of Her Majesties reign.
