Vehicle information:
Designed and built during the mid to late 1970s by Standard Wagon of Heywood, the PGA Hopper wagons were introduced to replace aging and outdated nationalised rolling stock. Featuring a higher tonnage capacity than previous designs and with up to date suspension, the PGA wagons could be found in huge rakes belong to a few private owner companies such Redland and ARC for aggregate traffic.
