BR Mk2F TSO Virgin Trains '5945'

Finished in the iconic Virgin Trains red and black livery and featuring coach number ‘5945’, this striking coach pairs perfectly with our Virgin Mk2F coaches to form a realistic rake as seen on the West Coast services from the mid-1990s to early 2000s.

History:

The Mk2F coaches were the final development of the BR Mk2 coach, produced between 1973 and 1975. They had interior plastic panelling and a new style of seating. Built as TSOs (Tourist Second Open), later shortened to SO (Second Class Open), were the most widely produced, with 277 units constructed.
