Scalextric is pleased to unveil the Ford Puma WRC Hot Laps race set. The FIA World Rally Championship pits drivers, co-drivers and hybrid-powered production-based cars against some of the most brutally tough and unforgiving terrains on the planet. Now, this unique set, developed by Scalextric in collaboration with M-Sport, brings the high-octane, turbocharged twists and turns of Rally to your home. Celebrate the resurgence of rallying and recreate the excitement of each rally stage with this incredible set featuring two of the most striking and recognisable cars of the current rally era. All brought to life with the introduction of Hot Laps technology!

Scalextric Hot Laps brings back the thrill of retro rally arcade racing games with an interactive lap counter and checkpoint racing app, combining the best bits from the world of slot racing and arcade gaming to create an exciting slot racing experience for the home. Hot Laps amps up the racing fun, without the need for extra hardware, so it is fully compatible with existing tracks and cars. Simply place your smart device onto the cardboard race gantry included and select your preferred race mode. The camera on the device uses motion detection so when the car zooms under the gantry the app counts a lap - super easy and tons of fun!
